What to Expect During Evaluations Our coaching staff uses world football principles to assess each player’s performance holistically:
- Communication: Collaborating with teammates to carry out collective intentions
- Decision-Making: Reading the game and choosing the best course of action
- Execution of Decisions: Applying decisions effectively in game scenarios
- Football Technique: Ball control, passing, dribbling, shooting, and positioning
