What to Expect During Evaluations Our coaching staff uses world football principles to assess each player’s performance holistically:

• Communication: Collaborating with teammates to carry out collective intentions
• Decision-Making: Reading the game and choosing the best course of action
• Execution of Decisions: Applying decisions effectively in game scenarios
• Football Technique: Ball control, passing, dribbling, shooting, and positioning

We focus on both potential and performance. If your tryout is impacted by rescheduling or limited time, coaches will take this into consideration — every player will receive a fair evaluation.
